Paralegal – Full-Time, Permanent

The successful candidate will be responsible for: Reviewing insurance claims, policy documentation, evidence and correspondence. Researching relevant UK legislation, case law and insurance principles. Assessing liability, causation, losses and disputed claims. Drafting legal correspondence, case summaries, representations and supporting documents. Preparing case files, witness statements and evidence bundles. Liaising with clients, insurers, solicitors and other professional advisers. Monitoring legal deadlines, limitation periods and case progression. Maintaining confidential case records and supporting regulatory compliance. Referring complex legal matters to appropriately qualified and authorised professionals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant legal qualification. Minimum one year of relevant legal or paralegal experience. Strong legal research, drafting and communication skills. Good understanding of UK legal procedures. Experience in insurance claims or civil litigation is desirable.
